Beautiful Miner's Falls in Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. A powerful and tall waterfall surrounded by rock formations and forests. This image was taken in October, as you can see the few deciduous trees are turning yellow, while the majority being evergreen of different varieties remain green. The waterfall itself is quite powerful and emits a lot of spray, even from quite a distance away. Miner's Falls is one of many waterfalls located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Many of them close to Munising. Certainly one not to be missed if you are on the hunt for waterfalls!!
